Client: Farming Client in the South of England
Sustainable Technologies Used: Installation of Ground Source Heat Pump supplying 16,905 ft2 of office space using ground water as the energy source connected and managed by a Building Management System (BMS). Installation of Rain Water Harvesting using RainmanTM Twin Pump technology to effectively capture almost 100% of incoming rainwater to service toilets throughout the development.
